Short description:
    The Production Assistant should check and report on all hog selections on the basis of:
    •    Maximizing the yield of the Raw Material
    •    Authorized cleaning and selection instructions
    •    Agreed working procedures
    •    Quality of the Raw material and finished goods
    •    Production planning as agreed with manager Planning & Control of head office
   
    The Production Assistant will receive our training on the knowledge of the Product (casing) and Process. The Production Assistant will receive the training through workshop training.
