Carrier Sales Trainee Program
Carrier Introduction
Carrier Corporation is the world's largest provider of heating, air conditioning and
refrigeration solutions, with operations in 172 countries. Since Dr. Willis Carrier
invented the world's first scientific air conditioning system in 1902, Carrier has always
stayed at the forefront of the air-conditioning industry for more than 100 years.
Regarded as the leader and expert in air conditioning, Carrier has 18 R&D centers
worldwide with several thousand patents in the air-conditioning industry. Carrier's
products are manufactured in 73 facilities on six continents with 45,000 employees
around the world.
Program Summary
The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. The total
duration of the program is 24 month in sales function. When the program is finished,
the sales trainee will be appointed a specific position based on his or her performance
and the company needs.
Regular performance evaluations with coach, mentor and trainees themselves are during
the whole program, to check progress against objectives, advise and help trainees to
ensure personal development. All the Sales Trainees are expected to successfully pass
annual appraisal upon program graduation.

_ Understand and independently work on the whole sales process
_ Build good relation with design institutes
_ Achieve sales target as assignment
_ Follow up on sales project
Profile Qualification
_ Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC or Refrigeration, Master
is preferred
_ Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
_ Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skill, logical and analytical
thinking, good problem solving and leadership skills, team sprit, willing to work
under pressure
