	职位描述： SSS Graduates Training Program Stage 1: In this program, you will be attending a 3-months training program, which includes: Ø Induction training: an overall training on the company. Ø Business knowledge training: general knowledge training on investment banking industry and finance domain. Ø IT Technical training on the following technologies - UNIX/ UNIX Shell scripting - Databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server - Java, J2EE - WebSphere, WebLogic, - SAP - Informatica - ITIL Ø Soft skills training: including English, Customer Service, Conference call skills etc. Stage 2: After you successfully complete the training program, you will be assigned to a global support team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK； you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank； we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour testing/production system environment. Requirements on Trainees: - Bachelor's degree or above – IT related major will be preferred, however, any other major candidates will also be welcome if candidates are confident in learning IT skills quickly. - Excellent spoken and written English – must be able to speak confidently to people around the world. - Good communication and analytical skills - Acumen on business and logic sense - Willing to be engaged in IT industry Please send your English CV and Chinese CV to: iris.zhang@
