Job responsibilities:
1. Prepare the
file of airport development project.
2. Director and
Management's Business Trip Arrangement, including Flight Tickets, Hotel,
Restaurant and etc
3. Management’s
Business Cards & Contact Filing & Management.
4. Prepare the
official letter, application form, statistic worksheet for Management.
5. Follow up
the project procedure with confirmed timetable, payment process.
6. Management's
outlook calendar management including appointment arrangement.
7. Documents Filing
& Sorting, Copying & Printing.
8.
Information Collection.
9.
Other Tasks Required by GM and Director.
Requirement:
1. College education or above with superior English training. Strong
English/ Chinese interpretation skills.
2. Good skill and logic writing official letter base on the instruction from
management.
3. Good time and archive management.
4. Smart and good communication skills internal and external.
5. Strong independently work.
6. Full time.
