Responsibilities:
-Provide general administration support to VP/Director and department staff as required
-Cooedinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and logistics where necessary with other contacts
-Prepare, submit and maintain Admin. expenses reports with Admin.Supervisor
-Screen incoming calls as required, demonstrating customer focus and professionalism when interacting with callers, taking complete and accurate memos
-To be assistant to develop and organize department files
-To be assistant with Admin.Supervisor for office manangement
-Follow up on items delegated by VP/Director
Requirement:
-College degree or above
-Strong application software skills, Excel/PPT/Access is preferred
-Good communication and team work
-Good written and spoken English skill
-Strong sense of customer service and responsibilities
-Willing focus on Admin.for long time.
