Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Focus on test area for process improvement;
Lead a team to carry out process control & improvement
Define and document Process Management Plan (PMP) for each product
Follow up line process control & improve quality;
Provide production support to meet output & quality requirement;
Test software management, maintenance, and software related problem solving;
Test software optimization for yield and quality and process control;
Process control tools development; Support normal process control.
Educational & Competency Requirements:
Degree with Mechanical, Computer,
Electrical or Electronic engineering
Familiarity with Quality Metrics and Quality Management Systems
High level of analytical and problem solving skills
(About 2 years work experience on engineering Good communication and team work)
Fluent in written & oral English （mandarin speaking required for foreigner）, CET-4 or above Self-motivator and willing to take pressure
Education background of computer science Proficient in VB, Java, VC . Related working experience is necessary Be familiar with knowledge of database. Have new idea, and be good at problem solving.
Can work independently and be responsible.
