空运操作的工作说明如下：
Airfreight Export Operations, PEK
1.Main goals
1）Ensure the smooth operation process
2）Deliver the qualified service
2.Reporting line
Direct reporting: Airfreight Export Manager, Shanghai
3.Main responsibilities
1）Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.
2）Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.
3）Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
4）Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
5）Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
4.Qualifications
1）Bachelor of International Trade, English, Transportation..
2）Language proficiency : Good communication and inter-personal skill
