Programme – Commercial

You can join our Commercial teams where we ensure Tesco have the best range of goods at the best prices. We recruit graduates for all areas including fresh, grocery, clothing, electrical lines and hard lines. Our commercial teams make sure our products are the best we can get across nation, always giving our customers what they want. They are also responsible for driving sales together closely working with operation team to ensure our products are laid out in the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time and welcomed by our customer.

Programme – Operation

You also could join our operation programme learn to run a key area of one of our stores, gaining valuable experience and development which will help you to deliver for our customers through launching new products, keeping an eye on the balance sheet and keeping the shelves stocked.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for graduates who want to pursue a career in Commercial or Operation that eventually leads to a general management role.

We are looking for candidates with:

l         A recognized degree (or about to receive)

l         An aptitude for numbers

l         Ability to communicate in English
