Job Descriptions:
1. Independently create expert level data analysis of key aspects of APAC CS & Ops
2. Conduct regular phone/email monitoring to understand customer service quality and gaps.
3. VOC data collection and analysis to deep dive root cause of weak service and negative customer experience.
4. Support the development of OE strategy by providing accurate qualitative and quantitative business insights.
5. Support the development of tangible initiatives to improve customer experience.
6. Prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and follow through on the completion of high-profile projects involving complex data analysis.
7．Coordinate with reporting teams to gather information to support analysis of critical business issues and share analytical expertise.
8. Proficiency in performing multiple tasks and dealing with changing deadlines required.
9. Establish and document analytical processes.
10. Rapidly and effectively adapt to highly dynamic and aggressive work environment.
11. Work with Omaha/Dublin peers to ensure consistency.
12. Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
13. Foster a positive and cooperative attitude with all company employees.

Requirements:

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience（Junior student）

Experience
1.Knowledge of external systems and software (Excel, Power Point, Visio). Experience using statistical software (SPSS, Minitab, SAS, etc) or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools is a plus.
2.Quick learner, intuitive, creative thinker.
3.Customer communication experience is a plus (E-mail and Phone)
4.Experience in an international company is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1.Fluency in English required. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Japanese would be a plus.
2.Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
3.Ability to develop reports and analyze information using Excel, Word and Access or other database tools.
4.Ability to analyze information and provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
5.Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
6.Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
7.Unwavering attention to detail.
8.Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
9.Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
10.Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
11.Ability to communicate effectively via telephone.
12.Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
13.Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
14.Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards including honesty, integrity, dedication and leadership.
15.Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
16. Clean disciplinary record is also a requirement for candidates.
