毕路德国际是由几位有志于中国建筑市场的加拿大建筑师、室内设计师，于2001年10月在加拿大安省注册的。毕路德国际的主要设计师在继续从事在加拿大的从业活动之外，以毕路德国际的形式在中国进行建筑顾问、规划设计、室内设计和景观设计。
毕路德国际在中国的载体是北京毕路德建筑顾问有限公司，于2001年12月在北京注册。2002年北京毕路德建筑顾问有限公司在深圳设立分公司，目前有设计人员有100余人，是毕路德国际在中国的主要设计基地。 2005年北京毕路德建筑顾问有限公司上海分公司在上海注册。
运用先进的网络通信手段，毕路德公司实现了多伦多办公室、深圳办公室、北京办公室的联合设计，使得几地的国际、国内设计师可以共同交流，多方合作，完成同一设计作品。充分的人力资源和信息资源整合，使毕路德公司在保持高效率的同时，具有更高的设计质量。
