项目经理/Project Manager

Job discription:

Process and methodology
- Respect carefully project methodology and documentation
- Prepare documents required by project methodology and local procedures
- Make regularly reporting of activities to his/her hierarchy
- Animate steering committees
- Animate project team meetings

Plan
- Plan the steps of the project
- Validate the planning with all project members, steering committee, involved functional departments, customers and key partners.
- Follow review and update the planning according to the environment changes
- Write project description and validate it
- Perform a full risk analysis of each step in the project; define measurement to monitor these risks
- Define and validate the budget of the project

Management
- Manage the project team in the respect of management principles
- Define tasks to be performed by team members as well as responsibilities. These tasks and responsibilities are defined for each team member in the letter of missions.
- Animate and motivate the team to perform outstanding results
- Evaluate the work of each team member regularly (minimum monthly)
- Ensure adequate training of team member to ensure project success. Training is part of project budget and must be linked to a specific specialization required by the project that is beyond standard knowledge of project members and support departments.
 
General duties
- Fulfill all working responsibilities to reach the defined goals and duties assigned to the position
- Keep costs within budget
- Prepare a monthly reporting containing risk evaluation, general update on progression, budget review vs. actual expenses

Risk prevention
- Constantly perform (or review) risk analysis for the project and raise all identified risks by level of severity to the sponsor and steering committee
- Identify and correct non-conformities linked to project
- Secure the company regarding risks identified and makes all necessary action to prevent those risks from happening
- Alert the sponsor, steering committee and project director immediately as soon a risk seems to become a direct threat that require specific care.
- Request immediate support from the sponsor, steering committee and project director in case of issue that can endanger the project success. Monitor that the requested support is active and that solutions are implemented. It is duty of project leader to make all necessary steps in order to reach the expected goal

 
Qualification:

- Bachelor degree and above
- Major in Business management; Economy management; logistic is preferable;
- Strong knowledge in management of logistic operations, co-packing, transport and warehousing. Knowledge of WMS and supply chain tools. 
- Strong administration and organizational knowledge, strong leadership, ability to manage the change in the company while developing creativity of team members.
- Ability to represent the company, negotiate with customer or suppliers.
- Fluent in English or French/Mandarin
- Fluent in MS office (Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Project/Collaborative tools…)
