As a temporary customers support representative (six months) to perform provide first line of contact for support to direct customers, representatives, distributors, outside sales to process samples, evaluation boards, purchase orders, RMAs and maintain backlog. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Manage, trouble shoot and respond to open issues to ensure appropriate resolution time.
This position is located in Shanghai.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 1-2 years of Inside Sales/Customer Support experience
2. Excellent communication abilities are essential
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4. Team player, works effectively across organization
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office
6. A work style that emphasizes a disciplined and organized approach to supporting customers
