Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1、Draft proposals, presentations, contracts, memos, and other communication to customers (such as hosting occasional clients’ visits); |
2、Prepare/organize sales orders in ERP system, sales files and customers’ records; |
3、Coordinate with sales meetings, minutes and reports etc.; |
4、Provide clerical and administrative assistance to channel sales; |
5、Support sales team and work closely with Logistics and Accounting teams; |
6、Attend/support wine dinners/tasting events. |
Requirement
College and above (应届毕业生亦可); Good command of English, both written and spoken; PC skills, photoshop/fireworks preferable; Good communication skill & team spirit. |
