· 投资策略：作为衔接宏观经济及行业研究的桥梁，莫尼塔投资策略研究的坚持自上而下的基本面分析。通过对各行业在宏观经济不同阶段景气程度的纵向判断，以及对各行业自身基本面变化的横向分析，进而站在投资策略的高度将莫尼塔在宏观经济及行业研究上的优势进行整合，并以更具操作性的方式传达给机构投资者，以期对其中长期的组合配置决策提供帮助。

· 行业研究：莫尼塔通过为机构投资者提供行业专题报告，协助其判断行业变化对投资的影响。目前，莫尼塔覆盖的行业包括：钢铁、有色、汽车、农业、消费、航运/港口、通信科技、银行和能源。通过对影响行业发展的重要数据及事件进行分析和跟踪，结合莫尼塔在国内外宏观经济方面的广阔视野，来把握各行业所处景气程度的变化脉络，提炼出对各行业中长期基本面变化的判断。

· 企业经营活动调研：由于工作在企业生产及销售一线的专业人士往往能够最早接触到预示行业趋势性变化的信号，我们通过定期与各行业的业内人士进行调研交流活动，对宏观经济和行业的基本面进行前瞻性的把握和判断。我们从2006年7月开始进行持续的定期企业调研工作，目前覆盖钢铁、水泥、机械、汽车、百货、零售、家电卖场及餐饮业等14个行业知名企业，我们经过长时间的积累将调研结果编制成“莫尼塔企业经营活动综合指数”，来观察整体经济走势及行业变化。

· 资本市场调研：同时每月莫尼塔还进行机构投资者月度调研，通过对基金经理等市场中主力机构投资人员的调研，了解主力机构对股票资本市场的看法。目前调研范围包括30家以上基金公司的公募及私募股票基金经理。

Excellent opportunity to join a leading Chinese investment advisory and research brokerage firm as Equity Research Analyst

The analyst will be responsible for analyzing fundamentals on China’s macroeconomics/assigned industry sectors, writing research reports, leveraging financial models, conducting valuation and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have outstanding written, communication, presentation and networking skills.

This position is based in Shanghai, and will require travel for roadshows. Fluency in mandarin Chinese is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities:

l Work on a variety of M&A and equity transactions in all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closings.

l Communicates regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decision-makers in corporate finance transactions.

l Ability to support developing client networks, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

l Ensure quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to details.

Requirements:

l Minimum of 3 year experiences at bulge bracket, reputable boutique or middle-market investment bank with demonstrable corporate finance execution experience.
