Job Description:

- office daily work
- follow up on signature approval process for expense claim, applications and purchasing.
- Daily paper work and provide administrative support.
- Basic stocking administration (including Stationary).

工作描述:

•办公室日常管理，处理部门同事的申请和需求
•负责跟踪记录签字流程，包括费用报销，差旅申请以及部门采购
•基础库存管理 (包括文具和样本)

Requirements:
- 1 candidate，female
- Strong team spirit with a convincing personality and confident positive manner, detailed-oriented.
- Good command of written English, CET-6 is required.
- Good command of PC skills, Excel especially.
- Eager to learn and progress, have good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.

招聘要求:
•招聘一名，女生, 要求大三，大四或研究生学生
•需要有良好的沟通能力和学习意愿，做事认真负责注重细节，吃苦耐劳可以接受偶尔加班
•英语写作能力良好
•办公室软件熟练，要求Excel公式以及图表的良好应用

Sufficient time:

- Be able to start working from May. 10th and could last at least 6 months
- Be able to work at least 4 days a week, 5 days preferred

实习时间:
- 保证从2010年5月10日开始，至少半年的实习期。
- 每周至少四天的工作时间，如果能够全职实习将被绝对优先考虑。
