Recruiting Intern (6 months full-time)
Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will be able to communicate with candidates and interviewers smoothly. The best candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time and understand the value of candidate experience.
- Operate recruiting system to post openings both internally and externally;
- Responsible of CV review and 1st phone interview
- Take charge of all rounds of interview arrangement and coordination
- Push interview feedback from interviewers, and schedule hiring meetings
- Update candidate tracking list and recruiting data weekly
- Support offer and labor contract related documentations preparation and filing
- Support campus recruiting and other recruiting projects
Requirements:
- University students major in human resources management or equivalent experience
- Good English communications skills both verbal and written
- Move fast and detail- driven
- Good teamwork
- Be calm under big pressure
- At least 4 working days per week, commitment for 6 months
