职位描述:
1、 保持和劳动部门和中介公司的日常联系工作,负责所有雇佣手续的操作,确保所有员工的雇佣手续的符合相关劳动法规定;
2、 保持与社会劳动保障中心/保险中介机构的日常联系工作,处理员工社会保险,公积金以及商业保险的缴纳工作,劳动部门的的用工检查工作,确保以上工作及时有效的进行,并符合各项劳动法规定;
3、 与劳动中介合作,安排每月劳务工工资的管理费的支付;
4、 协助员工信息的采集工作并制作每月的社会保险和公积金的汇总报表以及每月职员记录报告;
5、 上级委派的其他工作。
职位要求:
1、人力资源或心理学相关专业本科以上学历;
2、应届毕业生或二年以上外资或合资公司人事行政工作经验,有海外留学背景优先,男性优先;
3、良好的英语沟通表达能力及计算机操作能力;
4、工作积极主动,责任心强,能在较强的压力下工作;
5、具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。Job Responsibilities:
-Keep frequent contact with labor bureau and responsible for enrollment and termination procedure all employment,insure legal formalities of employee personnel issues;
-Contact with social security bureau /insurance agency and handling employee insurance administration, employment inspection from labor bureau, ensuring prompt and legal procedures;
-Coordinate with project leader on project order handling;
-Work together with department team members, insure propitious achievement for whole depart;
-Other duties assigned and supervision by Sr HR.
Job Requirements:
-University degree in Human Resource or related subjects;
-Fresh graduate or over 2 years working experience as HR/Admin generalist or related job, with experience in JV/MNC will be a plus, oversea education background is prefer, male is prefer;
-Good command of English communication skill and MS Office;
-Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
-Good interpersonal skills and team player.
