As one of the largest and leading Building Consultancy groups, the task of the candidate is to provide structured, concise and accurate advice based on a thorough understanding of our clients' business needs and objectives combined with commercial awareness, the overall management of construction management. The candidate should also work with a management structure that enables consistent delivery of a high quality service to clients with their portfolio, including shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, government buildings and residential developments.
Job requirement:
1.Holder Bachelor degree in building services engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering or related fields.
2.More than 5 years/2 years work experience is required in the field of fitting out project or E&M engineering project. Good understanding in basic engineering construction knowledge and construction related specification and law.
3.Be expertly with IT related software such as CAD, Microsoft project etc.
4.Good skill in speaking and writing English. Mandarin/Cantonese speaker preferred.
5.Responsible, good teamwork, good time management.
6.The experienced person could be considered as Senior Manager/Engineer.

职位要求：
1、大厦设备工程、电机工程等相关专业，本科毕业；
2、有良好的专业基础知识，熟悉建筑规范及相关的法律法规，具备5年以上相关项目现场工作的经验；
3、能熟练运用相关计算机软件（CAD、Microsoft Project等）；
4、要求具备一定的英文读写程度，熟悉英语专业词汇，会粤语者优先考虑；
5、责任心强，认真仔细，精力充沛，团队精神强，接受理解能力强；
6、资历较深者可以考虑为高级经理/工程师。
