1. Focus on the sales of the in-house training programs and open classes；

2. Assist in marketing promotion in accordance with company's brand and products

Main Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with clients and organize company in-house training programs

Organize open executive seminars (location selection, equipment set up, logistics, training material translation & preparation)

Facilitate communication between professors/instructors and students, serve as an interpreter when necessary

Make meeting arrangements and other logistical preparations

Assist professors/instructors with research, class presentations, and Power Point production

Conduct on site and online course evaluations and collect student feedback

Be sensitive to students' requirements , handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirement:

Demonstrate high professionalism quality and teamwork capabilities.

Able to work efficiently under high pressure.

Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and professional.

Excellent in English (writing and speaking).

Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Bacholar degree in Computer Science, English, Business is preferred
