Reception & Sales assistant
Duties
1. Responsible for the reception area
1) Receive visitors in professional style and good etiquette
2) Pick up calls and transfer in proper way
3) Provide service in sending and receiving currier post (express letter), make monthly statistics of currier cost
2. Provide support in administration for office
1) Take care of the order, administration and distribution of office stationary, name card, office furniture etc, and keep the office equipments in good conditions
2) Travel logistic coordination: hotel, ticket etc
3) Translate int’l news published in Webernet
4) Deal with the visa etc. for internal staff and foreigners
3. Provide sales administration support to sales manager and sales staff
1) Stamp on the written quotation according to process and keep in file
2) Summarize the KPI reports from sales managers
3) Draft documents and translation for sales manager
4) Prepare the product testing reports and documents for sales staff
5) Support in the arrangement for business trip of sales team
Requirements
1. College degree or above
2. Can speak and write English with CET 6, good computer skills
3. Good in communication, well-organized, reliable with nice personality
