Job Summary 岗位内容:

1.Verify Planning and coordinate production processes to ensure optimum output according to specifications, quality required and meet delivery requirements.

根据产品特性、质量要求和满足出货的需要，核实生产计划、协调生产以确保产出最大化

2.To improve and further enhance on the manufacturing process

持续改进并优化生产工艺

- Study and analyze production down time, rejection and eliminate all 7 MUDA’s (wastes).

研究分析生产停机、报废和七大浪费的原因

- To troubleshoot & evaluate related process problems in improving Quality, Scrap Reduction, Reduction & Productivity Improvement (Ensure corrective actions are taken to overcome issues during production.

检验和评估生产工艺的问题以进一步改善质量、减少报废、产能增进（确保改进措施已实施并能解决生产问题）

·Evaluate efficiency and wastage levels 评估效率和浪费的级别

·Verify Bills of Material (Actual usage versus BOM)核实BOM （实际利用的数据和BOM里的数据做对比）

·Daily meetings ( For the analysis)日常会议（作为分析的来源）

- Process/tool/machine/material improvement through engineering evaluations & experiments/trials, coordinate data collection & analysis to reach the root cause or key factors of an issue and propose improvement plans. He or She should have SPC background and utilizes SPC for data analysis (for fresh graduates; he/she must learn as soon as possible).

·To lead and drive Yield and teams meetings to achieve company goals

组织团队会议以促使公司产量能达到公司目标

·Provide fundamental analysis on any yield issue (entire process factors (4M – Man, Machine, Method and Material),

基于产量问题，提出基础的分析（分析整个过程因素-关于4M-人员、机器、方法和原料）

·Carry out simulations and experiments to understand the Yield impact

实行模拟实验来了解产量的影响

·Process problem solving and analytical skills

-Need to have process, mapping skills & knowledge, statistical ability, strong communication, persistence and able to conduct training to support operation and develop existing process.

具有工艺、绘图知识能力、数据分析能力和良好的沟通和坚持能力，能领导培训以支持维护现有生产工艺

- Establish, maintain and improve SOP/Work Instruction/Process parameter.

建立、维护和改进标准作业流程、作业指导书和工艺参数

- Line layout/Equipment set up &/ installation (guided by capacity strategy/process flow – based on good line balancing). Lead/Organize goods flow and space utilization within limited resources

生产线布局、设备调试安装（根据生产战略和工艺流程图），组织良好的流程和最优化现有的资源

- Facilitate/ Drive Productivity Improvement through KAIZEN techniques (TPS/TPM) on existing processes and plan & organize preventive process measures

基于现有的工艺，计划和组织可预防性工艺措施，运用看板的技能，提高生产力

- Labour Optimization through manpower reduction per process.

通过优化每道工艺，减少人力资源

-Play a role on capacity planning based on requirements according to order schedule. Machine Optimization – through good efficiency (cycletime improvement, process parameter improvement) and maximum machine utilization (minimum setup time, good planning on mould/material change-over)

基于生产工单的安排，充当安排产能计划的角色。机器最优化-良好的效率（周期改进，工艺参数优化）机器最大利用化（最短的上模时间，优先计划换模换料）

-Establish standards for all processes to support both capacity planning & Efficiency measurement (Standards should be aggressive but yet attainable)

建立所有的流程标准以支持产能计划和效率检测（标准应该是积极的，但尚未达到）

-Enhance & strengthen Manufacturing processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.

提高和加强生产工艺并提高可效性和效率

-Perform continuous improvement in manufacturing process and alternative manufacturing techniques, equipments, material handling and storage techniques for efficient material flow through manufacturing.

-实施生产工艺可持续改进，通过替代生产技术、设备、物料控制和储存技术，以提高物料流程的效率

-Develop programs/techniques and control measures for new processes for process, quality & cost improvement.

3.Involvement in cross functional activities with other department. (Work together with a team of Technicians, Operators, Quality personnel, Store keepers and etc.).

-Tool design/development involvement when required to do feasibility study/analysis (DFM – Design For Manufacturing) in order to optimize manufacturing processes which achieves higher productivity (in terms of quality & output) at the mass production stage.

必要时参与模具设计和做可行性分析以确保生产工艺最优化来达到产能最大化（根据质量和出货的要求）

-To ensure the manufacturing processes are designed in accordance with SHE regulations/guidelines that may be required.

确保生产工艺的设计符合安全健康环境的标准

-To work together with engineering, production and other key functions when changes in processes are required/proposed, to ensure potential failure mode is identified. If a new process is to be established, it is the process engineer's responsibility to establish control parameters for the new process.

-Involve in Design and execution of product packaging to meet customer requirements as well as optimizing the design to obtain the lowest packaging cost and reliable packaging for mass production.

-Support in Quote validation and in determining affordability and feasibility of the process at mass production stage.

4.PPAP preparation for mass production products (for previous old projects).

5.APQP and PFMEA involvement.

参与APQP和PFMEA

6.Work within company's policies and ensure compliance with ISO 9002, TS/ISO 16949 procedures

7.Network with HQ at Malaysia to share best practice and gain knowledge on process improvements.

8.Update plant layout (machines configuration, process flow, etc) in AutoCAD format (or at least sketch by Ms Office tools)

9.Come-up with Control Methods to utilize production resources effectively.

10.To conduct training on new processes implemented

11.Ensure production operators and leaders are properly trained, aware of the set working procedures, and strictly follow them.

12.Generate weekly production / analysis / reports for the department

13.Perform additional duties as required by the manager.

Reqirement 岗位要求:

1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Polymer/plastic. Preferably specializing in Engineering – Process/Industrial Engineer or equivalent.Process/production, Chemical) or equivalent from a university.

本科以上学历，工程专业背景（机械工程、工业工程、高分子/塑胶工程，生产工艺工程、化学工程,生产工艺工程相关背景优先

2.Good understanding of plastic moulding manufacturing technology

良好的注塑生产技术知识

3.Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a prerequisite.

必须了解统计过程控制

4.Strong capability in process mapping skills with statistical ability.

具有很强的过程分析和数据统计的能力

5.Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Working experience in a multinational company or foreign enterprise is preferable) OR fresh graduate with willingness to learn a lot.

一年相关行业工作经验或有上进心的应届毕业生，具有跨国公司或外企工作经验者优先

6.Familiar with operating injection moulding machine and accessorial equipment, and experience in Engel, Haitian, Arburg, Demag injection moulding machine is a plus.

熟悉操作注塑机和辅助设备，需要具有操作恩格、海天、阿博格和德马格注塑机经验

7.Good Proficiency in English language (spoken and written skill) - Good communication / presentation skill

精通英文（包括口语和书写能力）- 良好的英文交流能力

8.Have leadership skills (able to lead subordinate) to achieve company goals and target (a strong communicator at all levels from Management to technical teams 'on the floor')

具有领导能力（能够领导下属完成公司的目标），具有良好的沟通能力，能够和各种层次的同事进行交流,上到管理层，下到车间的技术团队。

9.Required skill(s): Computer Literate especially Ms Office b(excel, word, power point, etc).

10.Knowledge in AutoCad/ ProE/ UG is an advantage

11.Must be a team player (multitasking team player with leadership qualities and the ability to train subordinates)

12.Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
