Position: Asst. Accountants Payable (6-month temp)
 
Requirements:
 
University student major in Accounting or its equivalent (Grade 2 or 3 is preferable)
Students with other majors are welcomed if being interested in finance job
Basic Accounting knowledge 
Computer proficient 
Good skills in English
Patient and have a sincere attitude to work
 
Responsibilities
 
Input AP invoices and AP payment vouchers (Trade) into Oracle.
Input expense invoices (Non - Trade) into Oracle.
Prepare the payment reconciliation (Non-trade) for the settlement purpose.
Inter-company transactions handling.
Assist in the monthly AP closing, month end & quarter end closing.
Assist other team members to do ad hoc payment issues.
 
Remarks:
 
1.    If candidate is accepted, he/she should come to company 2 or 3 days every week.
2.    We would like sign relevant agreement with the candidate.
3.    Salary could be discussed in the interview.
