Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

Reporting[/B]
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Director of Arthur D. Little Greater China

[B]Major Responsibilities [/B]
1.Developing and maintaining good working relationships with the media - including top national newspapers, trade magazines, radio, and television
2.Responding to enquiries from reporters/journalists and reaching out to them for possible media coverage
3.Drafting and editing press releases and by-line articles to high standard consistent with company messaging and editorial guidelines
4.Assisting with organization of press briefings, media training, photography, and press attendance at company seminars
5.Publicizing high-profile media coverage on company website  and also keeping the Chinese website updated with the global website
6.Supporting the development of new marketing events and presentations to raise firm's profile

[B]Requirements [/B]
1.Master/bachelor degree from one of the top universities in and out of China, major in journalism, English, marketing or other related discipline s preferred
2.Excellent writing skills, both in English and Chinese, with a high level of attention to detail
3.Extraordinary interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
4.Working and intern experiences in similar roles will be an extra plus
5.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
6.Proficient in using all office softwares
