Reporting to the Sales Manager;
    • Assist Sales Executive(s) and other Sales Consultant(s) on sales opportunities;
    • Follow instructions from Sales Executive(s) to consult and manage product issues.
    Including identifying potential opportunities with clients;
    • Perform primary purchasing functions, including ETA management and notifications;
    • Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
    • First point of contact for all incoming enquiries;
    • Assist with logistics where required to ensure timely delivery of all products;
    • Perform lead generation activities as directed by marketing (e.g. telemarketing).
    • Skills & Experience
    o Interns, graduates and experienced people can apply;
    o Excellent presentation, time management, and communications skills in English &Chinese;
    o Knowledgeable in general hardware, software and networking;
    o Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
    • Qualifications
    o Under-graduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
    o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;
    o Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage.

    o Self motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations;

    o A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
