Provide spare parts and tools check-in and check-out service to Engineering Repair and Maintenance, Utility and Engineering Workshop team.
Provide store spare parts / tools service and reserve good location for spare parts / tools, input / upload spare parts information in professional way to SAP Plant Maintenance.
Keep spare parts and tools room in good, tidy housekeeping.
Make sure physical spare parts match SAP Plant Maintenance mutually.
Assure spare parts and tools management SOPs exist, comply with cGMP and industrial field’s standard.
Set up rules for spare parts and tools management.
To be a good team player, share knowledge.
Maintain good relationship with colleagues, satisfy the requester when providing service for Engineering Team.
Requirements:
College above in Engineering science such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, electricity.
write and read good English
Self-motivated with good communication skill
One year experience, spare part management with SAP Plant Maintenance are preferred.
