职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

控制并导向塑料零配件的生产操作，涂漆，零件组装和组装操作。与模具生产主管协调工作，保证质量。实行生产存储和控制来保证合理的零配件组装。
Direction and control of production operations, paint, finishing and assembly operations of plastic component parts. Work in coordination with the Molding Supervisors, assuring quality. Production storage and control to ensure a proper component finish.

责任与义务/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

监督生产操作员的工作，负责保证指定的下属执行公司的标准，包括质量和成本，规定和培训。执行环境保护政策和可适用质量和环境管理系统指示。执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。
Supervise production operators, and responsible for ensuring that the assigned subordinate complies with company standards, quality and cost, regulations and training. Comply with the Environmental Policy and applicable Quality and Environmental Management Systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.


工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

监督和引导部件组装/胶合/聚合和涂漆，指定零件组装区域的分类。
-Supervises and leads assembly and / or gluing / flocking and painting, assigned classifications for the Finishing Area.

监控生产纪录。
-Monitors production records.



保证执行适用所有部门和集体政策及指示。
-Assures compliance with all applicable departments and collective policies and with instructions.

根据员工政策和指示调查并执行纪律。
-Investigates and implements disciplinary actions in accordance to personnel policies and instructions.

引导，指引并培训新提升的员工。按要求监控，评价和纠正员工的工作和行为。
-Leads, instructs and trains newly promoted employees. Monitors, evaluates and corrects employee’s work and behavior, as needed.

监控问题，调整，合作，维修，修饰，组装和装配的安排，和胶合/聚合及涂漆，工具和机械在装配操作中的使用。
- Monitors problems, adjustments, calibrations, repairs, modifications, finishing and assembly arrangements, and/or gluing / flocking and painting, tools and machinery used in assembly and finishing operations.

保持零件组装部门报告和图表及时更新。
-Keeps Finishing Department reports and charts up to date.

保证指定的零件组装的员工得到合理的培训，包括安全性机器操作的合理培训。
-Ensures proper training for employees assigned to finishing activities, including proper training in safe machine operations.

参与指定的AQP会议。
-Participates in assigned AQP meetings.

协调并参与问题解决，保证问题不重复发生和保持执行纠正性行动。
-Coordinates and participates in Problem solving, ensuring non-recurrence and maintaining corrective actions.

保证在自己的工作区域内执行环境保护政策。
-Ensures compliance with environmental concerns in his work area.

保证并验证及时和正确完成TPM。
-Ensures and verifies that TPM’s are done properly and on time.

在轮班开始时，带领手下的员工参与green会议。
-Leads green meetings with all personnel under his supervision at the beginning of the shift.

积极争取减少问题，监控设备的惯常维修。
- Actively participates in reducing problems, monitors equipment routine maintenance.

针对客户对于质量的抱怨进行回应。
-Participates in quality responses to customer complains.
积极参与不断改善计划的发展，降低成本进程和减少PPM缺陷。
-Actively participates in the development of continuous improvement projects, cost reduction and reduction of PPM’s.


完成要求的其他任务。
-Performs other tasks as required.


应具备的技术知识和能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

控制存货方式的技术，质量保证技术。
-Skills in inventory control methods, quality assurance techniques

组织，计划，监督，定向，协调和代表的技巧和能力，应用激发员工动力的技巧和方法。
-Organizing, planning, supervising, directing, coordinating and delegating skills and ability to apply motivational techniques and methods.

能够快速回应流水线上的问题和优先采取措施。
- Ability to promptly respond to line problems and prioritize activities.

教育/EDUCATION:

工业型工程师，工程学位和专业实习或管理专业学位。
- Industrial Engineer, Engineering degree pending final exam or Management degree.

经验/EXPERIENCE:

至少有在几个生产制造部门的3年工作经验，会说英语者优先。
- Minimum 3 years’ experience responsibility in several manufacturing departments, English skills preferred.
