Job Description:
1. Prepare all needed cheques, credit memos, T/T and bank drafts accurately;
2. Top up cash when necessary;
3. Pay the determined person/company in right amount after receiving vouchers;
4. Keep cash in stock in right amount and send out the cash report at the end of every month;
5. Purchase verification sheets from SAFE when necessary;
6. Sort out the verification sheets and go to SAFE when necessary;
7. Check VAT/commercial invoices for description, quantity and amount according to customs declaration;
8. Enter VAT/commercial invoices into ACCPAC accurately;
9. enter the receipt/shipment/invoices entry into ACCPAC accurately;
10. Prepare payment requests for CO/Export declaration sheets/Customs attorney / Transportation Fee /Other charges in time;
11. Chop the docs (PL, HS, Invoice, CO, customs Attorney).
Requirements:
1. College graduate, major in Accounting;
2. Good English, both in writen and oral;
3. Good attitude, work hard and careful.
