Software Engineer
Job Description
- The software engineer designs, develops and tests tools, which convert semiconductor test programs from competitors' platforms to Teradyne platforms, as well as convert from Teradyne platforms to other Teradyne platforms.
- The software engineer designs, develops and test ATE-related software tools.
- He/She is responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and maintenance.
Requirements
- BS in computer science, electronics engineering, or related disciplines. Master degree is desirable.
- Must possess a minimum of 1 years experience in software development.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris Unix and Linux system.
- Familiar with python, perl, vb, C , C and other programming language.
- Understanding about Compiler Construction Principles will be a plus.
- ATE experience will be a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong self-motivation and good communication skills.
