职位描述
Executive Searcher
Department: Searching Team
Report to Searching Leader
Dot report to Consultant
Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong, P.R.China

Requirements:
l Bachelor
l Age at 22-26
l below one year experience. Sales working experience is preferred
l Good command of English both in speaking and writing
l Discipline of Bachelor, BS, BE is preferable.
l Good operation of MS, such as Excel, Power point, Word.
l Good communication skills and team-work spirit
l Proactive, smart, hardworking

Responsibilities:
l Joining in case analysis, including client and job description analyzing.

l Analyzing industry situation pertinent to on-going case, set the searching target.
l Utilizing the channels assigned by consultant, conducting candidates developing.
lKeeping tight communication with consultant and project/Account manager to effect candidates developing.
l Collecting and expanding the database through inputting the new candidates.
