Equipment Engineer

Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Design
Understand design concept; define specific mechanical parts; mechanical structure built according to design direction in order to successfully develop equipment design that meets customer needs.
Equipment Improvement
Measure tooling and spare parts which need machining in local, in order to short lead time from local vendor.
Equipment Installation
Follow the layout; arrange the install space in order to ensure equipment installations are completed successfully.
Equipment Maintenance
Issue and collect daily examination chart, Stat. and classify equipment trouble shooting, in order to help maintenance team analyze high frequency repair point, ensure equipment more stable.
Document Management
Tidy and number all equipments drawings, make hard copy, identify each drawings version, unification equipment upgrade, in order to ensure equipments drawings under control and no misunderstand happen which caused by wrong drawings.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation;
Good command of English, good communications skills; Team player;
Reliable; Perseverance;
Action oriented, result driven.
