岗位职责
◆ 协助行政经理完成公司行政事务性工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
---负责客户接待工作；
--- 协助审核、修订行政管理规章制度，完善和细化办公管理体系和流程，进行日常行政工作的组织与实施；
--- 协助高级管理人员进行资产、内务、安全管理，为其他部门同事提供及时有效的行政服务；
----负责日常团队活动的组织安排；
----负责日常消耗品/办公用品采购；
◆ 负责公司仪器维修与校准中心业务流程管理；
--- 负责维修校准业务的统计、分析与相关数据库维护工作；
--- 协助实施公司今后ISO17025实验室管理体系的建立；
--- 协助实施客户与代理商的客户关系管理与业务满意度管理；
--- 协助实验室经理完成内部工程师业务量分配、考核评估以及质量跟踪体系；
--- 负责维修中心日常业务文件编撰与流程档案管理、固定资产与流动资产管理；
--- 负责日常仪器进出的物流及海关流程处理；
任职要求 :
--- 全日制经济、管理类专业或相关专业在读学生；
--- 良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力；
--- 熟练使用办公软件，EXCEL佳者优先；
--- 工作细致认真，谨慎耐心，有条理，责任心强；
--- 较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
--- 良好的沟通、协调和统筹能力；
--- 上海市户口优先；
