中信证券积极开拓创新业务，2009年底，公司共完成4单直投项目上市。公司积极备战融资融券、股指期货等业务，其中，公司已于2010年3月19日顺利取得融资融券业务资格；股指期货业务方面，公司获得IB业务资格；境外业务方面，公司利用全资子公司中信证券国际有限公司为平台，努力开拓国际市场，2009年上半年，公司对中信证券国际有限公司进行了增资，增资后的实收资本达37.37亿港元。
    截至2009年12月31日，中信证券持股5%以上的股东为中国中信集团公司（持股比例为23.45%）和中国人寿保险股份有限公司（5.52%）。公司依托第一大股东--中国中信集团公司，与中信银行、中信信托、信诚人寿保险等公司共同组成中信控股之综合经营模式，并与中信国际金融控股共同为客户提供境内外全面金融服务。
    中信证券下属中信建投证券有限责任公司、中信金通证券有限责任公司、中信万通证券有限责任公司、中信证券国际有限公司、华夏基金管理有限公司、中证期货有限公司、金石投资有限公司、中信产业投资基金管理有限公司等8家控股子公司，下属建投中信资产管理有限公司、中信标普指数信息服务（北京）有限公司等2家参股子公司。包括所属子公司在内，中信证券在境内合计拥有222家证券营业部、13家证券服务部、12家期货营业部、7家香港分行。截至2009年，公司及所属子公司员工人数约1万人。

    中信证券旨在为各高校学生提供体验投行文化及工作的机会，同时借以选拔人才的目的，特广泛招募暑期实习生。

任职要求：

CITIC Securities 2010 Summer Internship Program  
    
Through this summer internship program, CITIC Securities intends to provide opportunities for college students to experience the culture of and working with an investment bank, and recruit top performers as full-time staff.

Eligibility criteria:
