Position: Office manager 
 
We are Culture Yard, a new foreign-run language and culture center located in a traditional courtyard in the heart of the city near Lama Temple (Beixinqiao Station, Line 5),created to promote inter-cultural dialogue and help new-comers to Beijing feel more at home. The way we are doing it is threefold: language training, Cultural workshops and language & culture exchange events. 
 
Our office manager has to leave and we are looking for a replacement. 
 
We are looking for a full-time long-term commitment.
Description of the position:
1) In charge of all customer service
2) accounting
3) students and teachers schedule organization
4) classroom and office organization
5) additional duties, such as HR, marketing,translation and purchasing 
 
Requirements :
1) Superb spoken and written English and Chinese skills
2) superb organizational skills
3) Detail oriented and organized individual, able to work on his/her own
4) relevant experience in sales/PR, English and/or Mandarin education, office management
5) preference will be given to applicants with experience of living or working abroad. Foreigners with superb Chinese skills and overseas Chinese are also considered. 
 
The successful applicant will have a one time opportunity to gain valuable experience, working in an international environment and with possibility of growth, both in salary and position. Training will be provided.
