诺华疫苗的国际轮岗项目，在12-18月时间内轮岗于中国，欧洲，美国的诺华工厂。今年目标院校为浙大，天大，清华三所，对象为化工专业和机械专业的硕士毕业生。非常优秀的11年毕业生也可以投递简历。机会非常难得，希望对工程、生产、质量保证、cGMP、供应链有兴趣的同学积极参与。投递简历前请仔细阅读“Required Skills and Knowledge”。

The Technical Leadership Program at Novartis is designed to develop top talent for the Vaccines Technical Operations organization. This is a 12- 18 months rotation program and the incumbent would work at one or more manufacturing facilities worldwide, learning various aspects of the Vaccines technical operations like Manufacturing, Technology Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality etc. The program would equip associates with the necessary skills and experience to create a foundation for future career growth and leadership. At the end of the rotation period, a successful TLP associate will graduate out of the program to take a key position at any of the Vaccines manufacturing sites worldwide.
Major Responsibilities:
The TLP associate will be given key organizational projects as part of his/her key rotations and will have deliverables and learning objectives attached to these projects. A typical rotation would last from 3-6 months and the incumbent would report to a manager on-site for project guidance and to track deliverables.
The incumbent would also be mentored by a senior TechOps leader during the program duration and would have access to learning and development opportunities in the technical and leadership skills domain.
At the end of the program, the incumbent should have gained a thorough understanding and an expertise in key aspects of vaccines manufacturing technology as well as Novartis-specific processes and practices.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Recent graduate degree (Masters) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, ranked in the top 25% of your class.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven success and demonstrated leadership ability within a previous academic and/or industrial setting, an added plus.
Willingness to take worldwide assignments during rotation as well as plausible final placements in Europe , US or Asia .
Fluency in a language other than English, an added plus.
