Company Introduction

We are a wholly-owned foreign enterprise healthcare service company, invested by a major U.S. healthcare insurance carrier. Several pilot projects are under development and implementation, which are supported by Chinese national and provincial government agencies. We have immediate openings for the following positions:

 

 

Statistical Analyst/统计分析师

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collect, evaluate, review, analyze and interpret project related data, prepare statistical and narrative reports and recommendations for business intelligence. Develop, maintain and ensure quality control issues of databases and assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.  Educate and train various stakeholders on data results and assist on other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Knowledge/知识

·          Extensive knowledge of data and statistical analysis required, including a strong background in analytical and problem solving skills, statistical methodologies and PC software experience
要求有数据和统计分析方面的广泛的知识,包括在分析和问题解决技巧、统计方法和个人电脑软件的经验等方面拥有资深的背景
·          In-depth knowledge of statistical theories and practices and SPSS, SAS and other related statistical programming applications

·          Knowledge of management information systems theories and practices

·          Medical policy and coding background preferred

·          PC Skills, including in-depth knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and other statistical reporting tools (e.g. SPSS, SAS, Crystal Reporting, SQL, Data Probe etc.)

·          Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Mathematics from an accredited institution, or other related degree with 2  years of statistical analysis experience

·          Health care related experience is a plus

Database Administrator/数据库管理员

Roles & Responsibilities:

The purpose of this job is to provide internal support for the design, creation and maintenance of corporate databases and will serve as a key contact with external IT vendors.  The person will be responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate, appropriate use of data and will be accountable for timely, accurate ongoing production systems.
