 PARKER CHINA SALES TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Parker provides extensive learning and development resources to fresh graduates. We believe that a willingness to work hard is sometimes more important than an impressive resume. Therefore, we customized a Parker China sales internship program for recent graduates with limited experience. The 3 years training program is composed of three stages; Parker Basic Training Program, Application Engineering Training Program and Sales Engineering Training Program.

The trainings are designed to maximize each trainee’s potential for future job opportunities by giving them an extensive knowledge of company structure and operations processes, as well as company values and culture. Parker will also evaluate each trainee’s performance and get to know them personally. Extensive evaluations will be made to determine who is qualified for a full-time position.
