职位描述 
工作职责：
1.与顾问充分合作，参与招聘职位分析以明确搜寻的方向和目标;
2.通过电话、电子邮件或网络广告来搜寻候选人并处理候选人对招聘信息的反馈;
3.通过电话甄别并且建立初步潜力候选人名单;
4.数据库的日常维护及建设;
5.与顾问一起参与候选人面试，为客户安排相关面试;
基本要求：
1.热爱人力资源招聘工作。
2.具备优秀的沟通技巧与问题解决能力。
3.具备良好的英语沟通能力。
4.在校党员、优秀学生干部等优秀学生优先
5.本科毕业或者大四实习。
6.熟练应用MS OFFICE,熟悉运用各种搜索引擎
7.思维敏捷，善于沟通，交流，表达，良好的中英文沟通能力
8.不怕挫折，有韧性，性格开朗，能够积极工作，能承受工作压力，能适应加班
9.外地生源，住址就近者优先考虑
