Consultant (Healthcare) - 医药市场研究顾问
Position Summary - The responsibilities of him/her are to:
1. Assist the manager to plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects.
2. Contact with client, build client rapport and address their business request
3. Provide professional consultancy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:
- Fully understand client's business needs
- Prioritize market research requirements , plan research projects and use of different data sources under the guide of manager
- Data analysis and assist manager on analysis and reporting
- Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independently
Communication with clients:
- Understand the client’s business needs and apply them into research design and analysis
- Daily contact with client, address their ad-hoc request
- Build good relationship with client
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably major in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, economics, ideally a master qualification
- Ideally clinical medical background
- English language skills are important. CET-6 is a must-have requirement, or above.
Other qualifications:
- Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours essential
- Reliable and able to work to demanding client deadlines
- Team work
- Excellent interpersonal skills required including strong listening skill and the ability to be empathetic
- Good communication skills
- Able to travel outside of home office as required
- Self confident without being over confident
- Ideally healthcare company sales and marketing experience
- Ideally overseas work and study experience
