Location: 北京亦庄

Job Description:

-          Daily business support located in Beijing office

-          Meeting and training invitation distribution and reply collection

-          Regular parts report follow-up

-          POS storage in Beijing office management

-          Document filing

-          Other administration work

We prefer the candidates:

1. 理工科

2. 英语六级

3. 一周能工作至少4天

4. 工作认真负责

5. 男女不限

6. 可以工作至少6个月

职位三：仓库管理员 Warehouse Clerk
(一星期至少上4天班)

Location:北京

 

Responsibility:

- 执行物资管理及仓库管理的标准操作流程SOP, 确保仓库作业顺利进行；
- 负责仓库日常物资的验收、入库、码放、保管、盘点、对帐；
- 负责仓库日常物资的简练、复核、装车及发运工作；
- 负责管理及保持库内货物和环境的清洁、整齐和卫生工作；
- 负责相关单证的制作、保管与存档；- 仓库数据的统计、存档、帐务和系统数据的输入；
- 部门主管交办的其他事宜。

Requirement:

- 专科及以上学历，物流仓储类相关专业；
- 有相关领域实际业务操作经验，或有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
- 熟悉仓库进出库操作流程，具备物资保管专业知识和技能；
- 熟练使用office软件、有ERP软件使用经验、熟悉会计电算化、良好的英语读写能力，会简单的英语口语；
- 积极耐劳、责任心强、具有合作和创新精神
