Main Responsibilities
1. To provide a courteous and efficient reception service to clients, staff and visitors
2. Answer phone calls, take messages and direct where appropriate; greet and assist walk-ins
3. Manage office administrative issues and assure office security, maintenance, tidiness, efficient supply of stationery
4. Perform other Admin support tasks as requested
Key Tasks
1. Professional handling of incoming calls, and greet guest with courtesy
2. Ensure that urgent matters are drawn to the relevant staff accordingly
3. Assure office security, maintenance, tidiness, efficient supply of stationery
4. Arrange hotel and ticket for staff members
5. Register of company car usage and expense
6. Arrange booking conference room
Requirements
1. Associate degree and above;
2. Good PC operation skills especially in MS/Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
3. Good command of English, written and oral;
4. Team work spirit;
5. Outstanding learning ability
