行政助理

岗位主要职责：

1． 负责公司外籍员工签证及就业许可证的申办和续签。

2． 负责外商独资企业营业执照的年检和审批。

3． 为公司高层主管提供必要的秘书及办公室日常营运的行政支持。

4． 担当公司的出纳职责，审核员工的报销表格确保符合正常的财务制度。

5． 处理人民币和外币的支付工作和公司在上海、北京、香港和台湾的办事处和当地银行的关系保持良好的沟通。

岗位要求：

1．大专及以上学历，主修财务或会计专业为佳。

2．一年以上出纳或会计方面的工作经验（含实习）。

3．愿意从事办公室日常行政支持工作。

4．具备良好的中英文沟通能力（大学英语六级）。

5. 有踏实的工作态度和客户领先的服务理念。

Admin. Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with expatriates for their visa, working permit application and renew.

2. Be responsible for company business license annual renew and enterprise Annual Inspection.

3. Provide daily administrative supports to senior executives.

4. Check employee reimbursement report and communicate with employee for any reimbursement issues.

5. Handle daily payment for both RMB & foreign currencies, keep cash book and maintain good relationship with all bank accounts vendor located in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Job Requirement:

1. College degree or above, finance/accounting major is preferred

2. At least one year experience in cashier/accounting area

3. Be willing to take routine office administration work

4. Good communication both in Chinese and English

5. Obtain strong service-oriented and detail-oriented personality
