主要职责:
能够快捷、准确及专业地处理来自消费者的各种不同类型的咨询、意见和建议,包括投诉。透过优质的客服服务帮助消费者解决问题,同时与消费者建立和谐的关系,从而树立良好的公司和品牌形象。

要求:
1.大专或以上学历,能说流利且标准的普通话,具客服服务经验者可获优先考虑;
2.喜欢并善于与人沟通,有较好的口才和写作能力,表达能力强;
3.良好的服务意识和态度,并擅于建立良好的人际关系,具有较强的忍耐力;
4.能承担一定的工作压力,独立解决问题的能力强;

备注:
应届毕业生工作表现良好,毕业后可以转正。
