工作职责:
1、负责客户的课程咨询和销售;
2、安排客户等级测试;
3、制作课程建议书及合同书;
4、经常持续的客户跟踪,建立客户档案;
5、与客户建立良好关系、维护学校形象岗位要求。
职位要求:
1、本科以上学历,英语专业优先;
2、自信,热情,优秀的表达及沟通能力,亲和力强;
3、热爱英语教育培训行业。
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for introducing suitable courses according to customer’s needs and selling courses.
2. To arrange English tests for customers.
3. To give guidance and help customers with their study plans.
4. To achieve monthly sales target.
5. To develop good relationship with customer and establish the customers’ archives system.
Key Requirements:
1. Diploma or above, have a wealth of knowledge of the marketing theory and sales management.
2. Aggressive, enthusiastic and have teamwork spirit.
3. Excellent communication skill both in written and oral English and Chinese and excellent sales negotiating capacity
4. Able to work under pressure
