Job Description
· We are looking for young and dynamic personnel to join our fast expanding organization to be part of the management team. There will be frequent opportunities for individuals to work directly with senior management team of the company
· We provide intensive learning, challenging work assignments, coaching and mentorship
· You will be assigned to various key Departments in the organization, including:
o Corporate Development Department, including corporate strategy, new store opening, M&A, investor relationship, etc.
o Retail Operations Department, including visual merchandising, interior & graphics Design, creative, operations improvement, etc.
o Brand Management and Relationship Department, including new brand recruitment, existing brand relationship management, etc.
o Marketing and Advertising Department, including ad design, PR, event management, promotion management, etc.
o Store Management Department, including store operations supervision, floor management, etc.
o Project Management Department, including construction management, cost control, etc.
In the first 6 to 12 months, depending on your skills and interests, you will be assigned to some of the departments mentioned above in order to assist trainees in developing professional skills in different functions. Once, qualified, you will be assigned to a management role based on your skill set and company needs.
Job location is primarily based in Beijing with potential to rotate to other cities according to project requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Passion for retail/fashion or commercial real estate industry
· Good communicating and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership potential and team skills
· Fluency in written and spoken English (CET 6 level)
· Strong analytical skills and numeric sense
· Quick to learn and positive working attitude
· Strong drive and commitment to success
· 0-2 years of work experience
