Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology (Kuang-Chi Institute) invites applications for various engineer and staff appointments in the broadly defined field of science and technology including electrical and electronic engineering; information, control and vision engineering; mechanical engineering; materials engineering; civil engineering; chemical and process engineering; biomedical engineering; marine engineering, human resouce, management and so on. 二、微波工程师招聘

 

职位描述：

1、承担新产品及研究项目的开发、管理工作；

2、负责相关产品或研究平台的射频电路的设计和调试工作；完成微波工程任务，主要是参与新组件或新产品的设计、开发、评估、更改和技术分析；

3、与部门内其他工程师紧密协作，保证整体射频电路设计和生产指标满足可靠性和一致性要求；

4、负责开发设计的产品的样品制作、试生产及批量生产前的相关技术转移。

要求

1、教育背景：

1）电磁场与微波专业本科或本科以上学历

2）外语水平：大学六级或同等水平

3）有海外留学或工作经验者优先

2、相关经验：

1）具有射频或微波电路的研究及开发工作经验；

2）有丰富的射频产品由研发向产品转化的实践经验，对产品外观结构、工艺、制造等方面有深刻的认识；

3）具有一定微波天线、微波器件的设计经验

3、技能要求：

1）熟悉RF测试仪，包括射频分析仪，信号发生器，示波器，RF网络分析仪,噪声系数分析仪等的使用；

2）具备扎实的电磁波理论和微波技术基础，熟悉射频电路基本原理；

3）熟练掌握CST微波仿真软件，PROTEL(PADS) /AUTOCAD等设计软件；

4、有很强的计划与执行能力；有良好的沟通、协调、技术组织能力；高度的工作热情，良好的职业道德。
