采购行政工作/Purchasing Administration Job
1. 文字处理:相关文档(合同、协议、通知、会议材料等)的录入、核对、准备等工作;
Typewriting work(contract/agreement, notice or documents for meeting, etc. );
2. 文件收发:相关文档(如采购订单、合同或其它文书)的复印、传真、邮寄及回收回执等;
Distribute, fax, mail orders, contracts or other documents; follow up the feedback in time;
3. 文件管理:协助采购员进行相关文档的管理;
Assist buyer on documents (orders, contract/agreement, etc. ) management.
人事行政工作/HR Administration Job
4. 通知候选人来公司参加面试;
Inform the candidates come to the company to participate the interview.
5. 为外籍员工办理就业证和居留许可证;
Apply for the work permit and residence permit for the expatriates.
6. 负责员工人身与意外伤害保险购买,并整理相关的保险资料。
Arranging Staff Life & Disability Insurance according to company’s policy, and collecting all record about insurance;
7. 领取各部门的培训证书。
Draw certificates for each department.
8. 负责考勤的核对工作。
Check the work attendance record.
9. 完成领导交办的其他各项任务。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by management.
工作所需资格和经验
1. 大专以上学历,行政管理专业优先
With colleague education background, preferably major in business admin;
2. 良好的人际关系处理能力, 有团队精神,主动进取,能在压力下工作
Good communication & interpersonal skills, team building, self-motivate, can work under
pressure;
