海运出口操作*2 (工作地点：大连)
Seafreight Export Operator

POSITION SUMMARY
In general, in charge of daily seafreight operation, to handle export business to Europe

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Daily forwarding Operation. Keep close contract with suppliers and coordinate with them to arrange FCL shipments exported to Europe line.
2) Daily communication with customers, agency and overseas colleague regarding issues of rates/space/equipment etc. Report to the supervisor when necessary.
3) Coordinate with Carriers regarding issues of rates/space/equipment etc. Report to the supervisor when necessary.
4) Discuss with controlling office about loss shpt with the assistance fm supervisor and seafreight manager.
5) Responsible for satisfying customer's requests for logistics service, keep cargo moving correctly and timely. Input shipping data into CIEL within the required time frame and with accuracy.
6) Able to deal with emergency/problems with the assistance from supervisor.
7) Deal with complaint fm both ends clients professionally. Report to supervisor for any irregularity.
8) Have sense to keep current business growing up based on your perfect service.
9) Have the sense to always conduct the operation with efficiency and accuracy.
10) Always Cost-saving minded. If required, able to allocate/choose the best subcontractors i.e. trucking, customs handling, ocean freight etc. in order to save the cost for company and maximize the margin.

REQUIREMENTS
(Education, work experience, technical skills, physical demand, personalities, etc.)
"       Graduated from University, Major in International Trade, English, Transportation and Logistics
"       Fluent spoken and written English (CET-6 or above), Good knowledge of MS-Office Applications
"       Experience of Seafreight export/ import (one year or above) is preferable.
"       Easy-going, Positive working attitude, team work player.
"       Good communication and problem solving skill, may deal with massive workload.


海运进口操作*2 （工作地点：大连）
Seafreight Import Operator

POSITION SUMMARY
In general, Be in charge of the daily operations of seafreight import.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with customer, overseas colleague to ensure shipments were arranged smoothly.
1) Input correct import status into system.
2) Exchange D/O.
3) Issue bills and control the payment and outstanding.
4) Coordinate with carriers regarding rates/space/equipment issue.

"       Graduated from University, Major in International Trade, English, Transportation and Logistics
"       Fluent spoken and written English (CET-6 or above)
"       Good Knowledge of MS-office Applications

空运进/出口操作 * 1人 工作地点：大连

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1)       Daily forwarding Operation. Keep close contact with suppliers and coordinate with them to arrange air shipments exported to all around the world;
2)       Daily communication with customers, agency and overseas colleague regarding issues of rates/space/transit time etc. Escalate to supervisor when necessary.
3)       Coordinate with gateway/local agent regarding issues of rates/space/transit time etc.
4)       Responsible for satisfying customer's requests for logistics service, keep cargo moving correctly and timely. Input shipping data into CIEL system within the required time frame and with accuracy.
5)       Able to deal with emergency/problems with the assistance from supervisor.
6)       Deal with complaint fm both ends clients professionally. Report to supervisor for any irregularity occurs.
7)       Have sense to keep current business growing up based on your perfect service.
8)       Have the sense to always conduct the operation with efficiency and accuracy.
9)       Always Cost-saving minded. If required, able to allocate/choose the best subcontractors i.e. trucking, customs handling, air freight etc. in order to save the cost for company and maximize the margin.

University graduated, major in international business/ trade, transportation/ logistics and foreign language is preferable.
Fluent spoken and written English (CET-6 or above)
Good knowledge of MS-office applications.
Good communication and problem solving skill, positive working attitude.
Good team player and able to work under Pressure.
Experience of Airfreight export/ import (one year or above) is preferable.
