Position Summary
Our Radio Flyer Shenzhen Rep office had set up for almost 7 years, in view of the rapid growing for both our business and head-count, we need to relocate our office to a bigger and more effective space in the coming future.  Because of the heavy work load for our various department employees, we need to have someone to help to handle some general but important issue and that's why a receptionist will be an ideal to be hired.   
Responsibilities:
-    Handle and distribution of incoming calls and enquires
-    Administer the incoming / outgoing mail and courier service
-    Manage front desk and greeting guests
-    Assisting the Office Admin Manager with the general office administration in a proper way.
-    Provide clerical support, such as data input, faxing and other general clerical duties to various managers.
-   General facility management to ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety and security of the office environment; administration of all office equipment and appliances.
Requirements:
-    Good telephone manner and pleasant personality
-    Experienced on office administration and coordination with back office
-    Confident in carrying multi-tasking in a busy office
-    Able to deal with matter of high urgency in a timely manner
-    Proficient in Word, Excel & Access
-    Fair spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese preferable.

-    Able to work under pressure
