KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Support the development of the facilities and Industrial sales department in Greater Shanghai, Jiangsu-Zhejiang and Remote site China Region.
- Maintenance – Primary focus
- Other Services – Secondary focus
- Develop your personal network to enhance the potential prospect lists and databases
- Support company’s Marketing and Business Development Department in achieving sales target.- Work with strategic research department and support them if necessary for their competitive analysis and promotional strategy definition. Support to develop any other services where you have good.
2- Responsible for consolidating database according to defined segmentation
- Identify and upgrade existing database
- Responsible for the database collection and the database segmentation finalization
3- Responsible of the Maintenance mass-mailing and analysis
- Responsible for the cold calling and follow-up of the clients after mass-mailing
- Responsible for the organization of first meeting after mass-mailing
- Support maintenance sales department and maintenance for marketing in presentations and brochures definition
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree with major in English, commercial, marketing or others disciplines
- Ideally, a University Degree in commercial, marketing
- Capacity to comprehend cold calling and sales process issues and able to translate those into specific -projects with commercial potential
- Team working skills
- Marketing and sales attractiveness
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Access tools and sales & marketing tools
- Good oral and written communication skills (English & Chinese)
- Chinese is a plus

1- 支持中国内陆地区、江苏浙江地区及整个上海地区的设施设备和工业销售部门的发展：
- 设施设备维护服务 —— 首要任务

- 开发网络，以提高个人的潜在客户及数据库
- 支持公司的市场拓展部门实现销售目标
- 与战略发展部门一起工作，在竞争力分析及提升策略定义上给予必要的支持。同时也对其他服务进行必要的支持
2- 负责既定区域的数据库维护：
- 确定和升级现有数据库
- 负责数据库数据收集及数据库分割安排
3- 负责发送设施设备相关群发邮件及分析工作：
- 负责电话拜访和跟进收到群发邮件后的客户
- 负责组织在收到群发邮件后的第一次客户会晤
- 支持设施设备销售部门工作和协助市场部门完成相关设施设备维护宣传手册的制作
职位要求:
- 全日制本科在读，英语、商贸、市场营销或相关专业
- 了解一些市场营销知识
- 能将所了解的电话销售流程充分运用到特定的商业项目中去
- 团队合作能力强
- 较好的市场营销能力
- 非常熟悉Word, Excel等其他微软办公工具
- 良好的中英文口头表达和写作能力
