工作职责:
1. 接听、转接电话;来访客人通报及接待;
2. 做好快递的安排和调配,复核并控制快递费用支出;
3. 负责公司公文、信件、邮件、报刊杂志的分送。
4. 根据要求采购日常办公用品,并及时登帐,月末进行盘点。
5. 行政支出费用的财务申请;
6. 根据需要预定机票、酒店及火车票;
7. 办公室设备管理;
8. 做好办公室档案收集、整理工作。严格借档手续;
9. 接受其他临时工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专或以上学历;
2、一年以上行政工作经验,应届生也可;
3、性格开朗、亲和力强,有良好的人际沟通能力;
4、英语熟练,计算机办公软件使用技能
5、认真仔细Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers, greet persons entering organization;
2. Organize the fast delivery service, check and contact the fast delivery expenses;
3. Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
4. Order the printing and stationery and record, check the balance every monthly-end;
5. Admin payment application to finance;
6. Booking the air ticket and train ticket based on requirement, prefer on-line booking;
7. Maintain the company equipment, such as copier machine and fax machine;
8. File collection and tidy; Strict lend and return procedure;
9. Other occasional administration issue.
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Good command of English verbal and written, good MS Office software skills
- Team work spirit
- Carefulness is a must
